EANS Geneva
Helping prevent brain trauma and supporting healthy aging.
Advancing Brain Health for an Aging World
On March 20, 2024 the Threestones Foundation proudly supported a landmark event in Geneva dedicated to neuroscience and senior well-being — key pillars of our mission to promote dignity in aging.
Protecting Seniors, Preventing Falls
Organized by the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS) with EPFL, the University of Geneva, and HUG, the conference united over 400 researchers and clinicians committed to preventing trauma-related brain injuries (TBIs) — one of the leading causes of disability among older adults.
The Geneva Project
This collaboration with Professor Christian Schaller marks the launch of a pioneering study to analyze a decade of data on brain injuries, identify high-risk areas through geospatial mapping, and develop targeted prevention strategies with local authorities.
Science with Compassion
By combining research, data, and empathy, this initiative aims to transform scientific insight into safer living environments for seniors — advancing brain health, independence, and quality of life for aging communities.
