6. Donations and Online Payments

If you choose to make a donation or payment through the Site:

  • Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers, subject to their terms and privacy policies;

  • You acknowledge that Threestones Foundation does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Donations are generally non-refundable; and

  • The Foundation may allocate unrestricted donations to the areas of greatest need within its mission.

Additional or specific terms relating to one-time donations, recurring donations, or legacy giving (donations by will) may be provided on the relevant pages and form part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified or deemed deleted to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
