The Threestones Foundation is supporting Mekedonia Charity Association in Ethiopia through its Care for Elderly Beneficiaries initiative — a project dedicated to improving daily life for medically vulnerable older people who can no longer care for themselves.

Essential Care in Addis Ababa

Based in Addis Ababa, Mekedonia Charity runs a large senior care centre providing food, clothing, housing assistance, sanitary support, and medical care to destitute elderly and mentally ill people in need of protection, stability, and human dignity.

Supporting 500 Elderly Beneficiaries

The project supported by the Threestones Foundation focuses on 500 selected elderly residents who are medically vulnerable, bed-ridden, or unable to meet their own basic needs without regular assistance and monitoring.

 

Compassion in Daily Action

Through daily meals, essential sanitary supplies, and care monitoring, this initiative helps ensure that some of Ethiopia’s most vulnerable elderly people receive not only practical support, but also the dignity, safety, and attention they deserve.
