Since 2020, the Threestones Foundation has supported Mente Locale — an innovative Alzheimer’s association in Biella, Italy, dedicated to helping seniors age actively and with purpose.

Prevention Through Connection
At its welcoming Meeting Center in the heart of Biella, participants engage in memory training, physical exercise, and creative workshops that strengthen both mind and body. Guided by psychologists, physiotherapists, and instructors, the program promotes cognitive vitality and emotional well-being through social interaction and lifelong learning.

An Inclusive Approach
Mente Locale welcomes all older adults — those living with memory challenges and those seeking to age in good health. By fostering relationships and collaboration across organizations, it is building a model of community where seniors and their families feel supported, valued, and fully connected.
